verstehe die schlechten bewertungen nicht.. wohne im quartier und gehe regelmässig blumen holen. extrem netter service und beratung, für jedes budget was dabei.

Die Dame heute war extrem aggressiv. Null Höflichkeit. Ich kam, als sie gegessen hat, obwohl der Laden nicht wegen Mittagspause geschlossen war. Sie rollte mit den Augen und atmete. Ich fühlte mich so unwohl, dass ich einfach gehen wollte, aber ich hatte keine andere Wahl, ich brauchte Blumen. Ich habe selbst ein lokales Geschäft in Seefeld und erlaube es mir nie, meine Kunden so zu behandeln. Ich werde diesen Laden nie weiterempfehlen

Hands down the worst florist experience I’ve had in Zurich. For CHF 50, I received a pathetic bundle of bare stems awkwardly padded out with cheap green twigs to make it look bigger. When I politely asked if the green filler could be removed, the response was shockingly rude and aggressive, as if I’d personally offended her. Astoundingly rude service. The woman serving me had pure hostility in her eyes. It was very clear they couldn’t care less whether they have customers or not. Completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and unpleasant. Horrible experience overall. I will never return and after reading other reviews, I’m relieved (and disappointed) to see I’m far from the only one who’s been treated this way.

OMG….without exaggerating, that was the most unfriendly service I have ever had last 10 years. An old lady clearly showed she doesn’t want to sell anything, she doesn’t want to serve. It was sure the first and last time to visit this shop. The shop even does not deserve to earn one star….

Disappointing service. I arrived at the shop 15 minutes before the closing time. I was the only client in. Was asking for a suggestion for a gift and I was told by the owner herself only the things I could not have due to the few minutes left. The assistant was showing me the options, and I went for 3 small vases that I requested to put in a single vase, but got another no due to the time (was only offered to put the 3 vases in a nice wooden container). Accepted it, with a bit of disappointment. Cherry on the cake… the final folding was in a coloured paper, hiding the beauty of the flowers. Bottomline… recommend to arrive early compared to the closing time (was definitely my fault) and hope you get a better service. Basing on the treatment I got, next time I would just go somewhere else.

To the question "do you speak English?" the owner answered a strong "Nein" not leaving room for even trying some understanding of what I would like to buy.
